New Onboarding Experience

Getting started with Meetily Pro is now easier than ever. The new step-by-step setup wizard walks you through:

• Audio configuration - Select your microphone and system audio devices
• Transcription model selection - Choose the Whisper model that best fits your needs
• AI provider setup - Configure your preferred LLM provider (Ollama, Claude, Groq, or OpenRouter) with improved provider and model saving that works reliably across all options
• Platform-specific features - Mac users get access to auto meeting detection setup, while Windows users see a streamlined flow tailored to their platform

The onboarding persists your progress, so you can complete it at your own pace without losing your settings.

Import Your Data

Upgrading from an earlier version of Meetily? The new legacy database import feature lets you bring all your previous meetings into Meetily Pro with a single click. Your meeting history, transcripts, and summaries are preserved, so you can pick up right where you left off.

The import button is now easier to find, and the current version is displayed in the sidebar for quick reference.
