Help with the Meetily for iPhone public beta: how to reach us, how to send a report from the app, and how to delete your data.

Send a report from the app
- Open Settings > Help > Send a support report.
- Write what happened, then tap Save Report.
- Tap Share Report and choose where to send it, for example an email to us.
A report includes only what you wrote and, if you chose them, app logs or one meeting. It stays on your phone until you share it.
TestFlight help
- Installing. Install TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone, then open the Meetily beta link on the same phone and follow TestFlight’s prompts. Meetily for iPhone needs iOS 26 or later.
- Updating. TestFlight shows an Update button on Meetily when a new build is available. Each build works for 90 days, so update to the newest one.
- “This beta isn’t accepting any new testers.” The beta link has reached its tester limit, so new testers cannot join right now.
Delete your data
Delete a meeting in the app to remove its audio, transcript and summary. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your phone. To have a report you shared with us deleted, email meetily@zackriya.com. More in the iPhone privacy policy.
